Roasting and cupping coffees from Dominican Republic

Freshly home roasted Dominic Republic coffee brewed via pour over and traditional cupping and a spitoon. (never really spitted it out because it's good to be drunk)

It's golden tea/honey-like colour tasted like red dates tea with dried longan. If you tasted it blindfolded, you can't tell that its coffee.
