Roasted by Alvaro Sanchez (Toby's Estate Asia Master Roaster). I've tasted his espresso during his trainings in the cafe(Toby's Estate Asia). It was really smooth buttery mouthfeel with burst of tangerines.

 SNBC 2012 Champion goes to Ryan Tan from Papa Palheta and will be representing Singapore in the upcoming World Barista Championship in Vienna.
