Brown Man Blend...

Here we at CuppaChoice Artisan coffee, my 2nd last day before i become a man; enlisting in the Army. Artisan roaster Suhaimie and apprentice roaster Fadhly (whom replaced me now), was preparing their roast session in about 5 min while i sip on the "Brown Man Blend". I'm surprised that the shot was sweet like honey. The blend consisted of Brazil Fazenda Santa Alina 100% bourbon, Ethiopia Sidamo, Kenya AA.

Fad was so engrossed in his first roasting experience. He said " It was a satisfaction to achieve a nicely develop roast and its SHIOK!"

The limited avalability beans being retailed at CuppaChoice Cafe.Academy.Retail.Roastery..

And here we have, Suhaimie Sukiman THE artisan roaster holding on to the final product; freshly roasted and blended "Brown Man Blend". 6 bags were stocked up and 3 were bought immediately.
