It was nice of Terence to make an espresso and cappuccino with the Ethiopia Sidamo I pre-ordered from CuppaChoice. I ordered a roast profile good for an espresso and they met what I wanted. Thanks guys!
Back at Suntec City, the most delicious espresso shot of the week was about to be freshly extracted.The extraction was perfect, honey-like flow with golden brown crema. Rich and smooth texture. The shots was so chocolaty like as though you are eating chocolate brownie. If only i had vanilla ice cream right now I would make myself an affogato.
The cappuccino, Terence took a sip and another and another. He said it was delicious! I drank and suddenly I had a sudden burst of happiness which left me smiling away. Terence loved it so much that he had a second cup and I gave him the rest of the beans.
