PNG Peaberry
This is probably the most perfectly balanced coffee in the world with notes of maple, roasted nuts, and ripe mango. Just a bite off the PNG bean i noticed some slight peppery notes like a Sulawesi. They say Sulawesi is a refined Sumatra and to me, PNG is a refined Sulawesi.
