The difference of grinds...

Left sets is slightly coarser then right set

African Bee blend is one of the challenging blend I've tried extracting. Blend consisting of Ethiopia Sidamo and Kenya AA. It's syrupy body, to get the perfect extraction, you have to get the just right grind setting and the just right dosage. I tried with one coarser then the other; a very minor change.and i assure you this coffees has very drastic different just by a minor change. The colour, the aroma, the flow, too bad can't taste it today(fasting) it's totally has visible different. The set on the right has a slow honey-like drip which give you a very very strong winey/citrusy aroma without tasting! Left ones were mellower but it had a smoother crema.
