After roasted, it is said that you can't taste the flavour of the coffee yet but you can detect its aroma. The Sumatra manheling that we roasted smell of dried chilli before the coffee crust was broken.
Apparently the two African coffee had a chocolaty aroma before crust was broken but after tasting it, it does had that sweet lemony flavour.
Probably I'll get a stronger taste when the coffee peaked!
