Almost a month in Toby's Estate Coffee Asia

The learning process was easier that i thought. Perhaps i learnt to fast that some happened to be already dependent on me for solutions. That's odd...
Production, production and more production. It's a relevant experience since I am pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management. Packing, packing and packing, my record for packing a 60 kg load in 1 kg bag is below 30 mins.(previously an hour!). I'm pretty impressed with myself for where I am now. Been being tap in marketing posters and campaigns artwork. At times I still wonder which line of jobscope am i heading to because I could do well in any. Ha Ha Ha. I'm getting my hands dirty with roasting too. and i love it. Revamp the place within just a week.
We roast,we brew, we drunk.

4th day at Toby's Estate

4 days at Toby's Estate Asia open up my eyes further. Manage to see the different living/working condition of other Baristas. The lovers of Toby's Coffee and also some haters who try to bring us down. Roasting, packing and delivering, it's definitely going to be a routine for the next few months. Hopefully we'll shift to a spacious production room and add in some packing tools to aid us. Organic sales, something new i've learn.

It's a week only, more to come I guess. My sales manager texted to come in late tomorrow cool or what?

First day at Toby's Estate

For those who have been following me on Instagram and Facebook, you would know that I've started work at Toby's Estate Coffee Asia. First day started with packing 180 bags of coffee for a wholesale customer. A very organic way of business whereby we were involved in the roasting of coffee, packing and weighing before sending for distribution to our clients. Yes we deliver it ourself.
