Singapore National Barista Championship 2012

And...Singapore National Barista Championship 2012 back again organised by Singapore Coffee Association in collaboration with Republic Polytechnic held at  Agora Hall 1 from the 8th Feb to 10th Feb 2012.  Main sponsor, Greenfields. I'm definitely not going to miss it this year. See you guys there. Admission is free.

Tanzania Blackburn Estate

It's unleashed on it's 6th day. Burst of dried cranberries on the Aeropress. It was a light brew but the flavour and it complexity was amazing.
For the Chemex, dried cranberries too but additional soft spices and darj chocolate.
Tried as an Espresso but it was a bad shot and i'm left with none on that day.
