Could it be it?
Took a sniff of its aroma. Smells like.....smells like..... could it be the closet to Ethiopia Nekisse. The most exotic taste. Taste of fresh strawberries and so very clean. Floral qualities of chamomile tea. With rich grapefruit and lemon citrus notes and mellow on the finish.
The coffee i had last week is actually El Salvador Las Mercedes Pepinal 2. It tasted just like one of my favourite Nekisse. It only a heavier body when i drank it via pour over. It had floral notes which became more pronounced in the cup, lively acidity, medium body and an intense fruity flavor. Creamy with hints of plum, peach and chocolate. A perfect cup.
Where can i get a Ethiopia Nekisse in Singapore?

My new hangout
The cafe, serving standard cafe classics and specialty brewing methods like pour-over, woodneck and syphons.
The choice of espresso, you can have is a blend which consists of: Fazenda Santa Alina from Brazil, Ethiopia Yighercheffe and Ethiopia Harrar or any of their Single orgins.
It's now one of my favourite blend. Even though there's no Sumatran beans in it :/
It's smooth creamy body and its sweet acidity gave me an harmonious flavours in a cup of latte.
It definitely attracted me.

Finca La Soledad:Itzamna, Guatemala
The coffee described as "Brown sugar, mango and fudge cool and expand into dried pineapple and honeyed notes. The mouthfeel is creamy yet buoyant with a clean, concise finish."
Well,i really taste the notes. Especially sweet mangoes. Iced coffee was awesome. It's just like drinking mango cordial.
I had it brewed this way, whereas Andew Hoi had it using his espresso machine.
Below are some pictures process, beans to grinding to brewing. Enjoy your weeekends guys!
