One small hole, One big hole, Three small holes.

It's just the type of holes for different type of coffee dripper. I had a few types and did some test today. Coffee used was Kenya Nyeri AA Gaturiri. Flavours extracted from the 3 different dripper model varies. Apparently the one with 3 small holes tasted even better than the "said to be the best" single big hole. Why? I'll ponder on that thought and try out on other coffee.Perhaps a different bean will give me different flavour. More roasting tomorrow at Temple Street. I'm eager to have a fresh cup of Ethiopia Sidamo....
